SCHÄDLER© – RODEL
This exceptional sled was designed and developed by Wolfgang Schädler,who has served as USA Luge's Senior National Team Head Coach since 1986 ,in that time the Liechtenstein native has guided the US Luge team to four Olympic Medals, silver and bronze in both the 1998 and the 2002 olympic doubles competitions, the 1993 men's singles world championship title ,four world championship silver medals and five world championship bronze medals. He also led the team to four overall World cup doubles crowns ( 1997 , 1998 , 1999 , 2003)
Wolfgang Schädler goal was to develop together with high tech firms a new recreational sled for leisure sportsmen ,accomplishing the modern design and all safety aspects of the current generation of professional Luge sleds.
